الملخص

تناولتُ في هذا البحث مسألةً هامةً مِن مسائِل علوم الحديث، وهي وَصفُ بعض الأسانيد بالأصحيَّة، فوقفتُ على جذور هذه المسألة، وتبيَّنَ أنَّها ترجِع إلى القَرن الثاني الهجري، كما حصرتُ آراء المُحدِّثين في إمكان إطلاق الأصحيَّة على إسناد معيَّن، فوجدتهم اختلفوا فيما بينهم، وأرجعتُ ذلك إلى مجموعة من الأسباب، وتبيَّنَ أنَّ تقييدَ الأصحيَّة- كما هو رأي الإمام الحاكم- يُخَفِّف مِن الخلاف ولا يزيله، كما ظهرت آراء لبعض المُحدِّثين لم تُشْتَهر شُهرة رأيِ الحاكم، ولكنَّها لا تَسْلَم مِن الاعتراض.

Abstract

The current study addressed a significant issue in Hadith Sciences, that is describing the correctness of some reference books. The study examined the roots of such an issue, concluding that it goes back to the second Hijri century. The study also identified the tellers perspectives concerning the possibility of describing a certain references as correct. It was found that there was a variation in their perspectives concerning this issue due to different reasons. In Imam Al Hakim perspective, proposing certain criteria for correctness will reduce such variation, but does not eliminate it. Some of tellers perspectives appeared in the con**** of this study, but these perspectives were not as famous as Imam Al Hakims perspective. Nonetheless, such perspectives were opposed by some Hadith scholars.
